1. Important Legal Disclaimer: We are a tracking tool, not an insurance provider.

CertiTrack is strictly a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application designed to assist organizations in manually tracking expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation.

By using CertiTrack, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • We are not an insurance company, brokerage, or regulatory compliance organization.
  • We do not provide legal, regulatory, or safety advice.
  • We are not responsible or legally liable for any fines, fees, penalties, legal actions, injuries, or losses resulting from expired licenses or certifications.
  • The responsibility for maintaining proper licensure, completing renewals on time, and adhering to local/federal regulations remains entirely with you and your organization.

CertiTrack acts purely as an organizational aide. Automated reminders and dashboard alerts rely on user-inputted data and standard server uptime. If an email fails to deliver, our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the software subscription.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, accessing, or using CertiTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

3. User Data and Privacy

You retain full ownership of the data you input into CertiTrack. We securely store your data using industry-standard encrypted databases (Supabase). We do not sell your employee data, PII, or contact lists to third parties.

You may permanently delete your data and account at any time via the "Settings > Danger Zone" menu in your dashboard.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Service Availability

We strive to ensure 99% uptime. However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability.
